This Service is a social casino game for entertainment only. It uses virtual currency/virtual items only, is not real-money gambling, and offers no prizes of real-world value. Access is limited to users aged 21+ (or the legal gambling age where you live, whichever is higher).

  • No winnings, rewards, or items can be exchanged for prizes of real-world value.
  • We may offer optional in-app purchases. Any purchase grants a limited, revocable licence to use virtual content in the Service and does not create property rights. Taxes (if any) are your responsibility.

4) Acceptable use

  • Do not cheat, use bots/scripts, exploit bugs, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
  • Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or attempt unauthorised access.
  • We may remove content and restrict features to protect players and the Service.

5) Intellectual property

All game content, software, artwork, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Kiwi Gold Spin Limited. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful personal entertainment, subject to these Terms.

6) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss arising from interruptions, errors, or unauthorised access. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable).

If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may pursue available remedies under New Zealand law (including the Disputes Tribunal or courts, as appropriate). These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
